Lux Renovierung Service UG
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Lux Renovierung Service UG (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers regarding the planning, delivery, and installation of underfloor heating systems as well as related services.
A contract is concluded as soon as an offer from the Provider is accepted by the customer in writing or electronically. Offers are subject to change and non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The scope of services is defined in the respective offer. Any changes or additional services must be agreed upon in writing.

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT unless otherwise specified.
Unless otherwise agreed:
30% advance payment upon order confirmation
Remaining payment after completion of the work
The specified deadlines are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the customer to claim damages.
The customer undertakes to provide all necessary conditions for the execution of the work, in particular:
Access to the construction site
Electricity and water supply
Cleared working areas
Statutory warranty rights apply. The Provider grants a warranty of up to 5 years on installed systems, provided they are used properly.
The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.
Both parties may terminate the contract for good cause. Services already provided must be paid for by the customer.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company, where legally permissible.
